This is a rifle accessory for Pong sytems. This looks like the famous Jefferson Rifle. Compared with the very cheap plastic pistols and rifles that were sold along with the many pong systems this was very solid and heavy and could not be dismantled. It´s old-style Wild-West is very nice.
